Use an offset printing machine or a gravure printing machine to print various patterns on rectangular sheets of paper.

Use laminating machine to make laminate paper
Die Cutting
Use a slitting machine to cut the coated paper into rectangular paper pieces (for the walls of the paper cup) and roll paper (for the bottom of the paper cup).
Puching Machine
Cut the printed paper into fan-shaped pieces for making paper cups
